3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual natural person may register only one (1) account on mnn77. Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity, is a material breach of these Terms. mnn77 uses technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be closed, associated bonuses will be voided, and any balances may be forfeited at mnn77's sole discretion.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. 5.2 Where a wagering requirement applies, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met in full. 6.4 Game Results. The results of all RNG-powered games are determined by a certified random number generator and are final once confirmed by the system. 11.3 mnn77 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to follow game rules, failure to secure their account credentials, or misuse of the Platform in violation of these Terms.
12.1 mnn77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that you have provided false information, that your account has been involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or that account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
12.2 Upon account closure, mnn77 will return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to mnn77 under these Terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
12.3 You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting mnn77 support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, mnn77 also offers self-exclusion options that prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.
13.1 mnn77 may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
